Postage and Payment:
UK Delivery:
All deliveries are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st
class except where the buyer has paid for Recorded delivery.
Orders are usually sent out 1 or 2 days after payment has been received, if
paying by cheque please allow 5-7 working days for it to clear.
Deliveries typically take 2 or 3 days but please allow up to 7 working days
before contacting me.
If you require any order to be delivered by a certain date please

as Next Day Delivery can be arranged.
Customers may also collect orders in person from the shop. Please
email me
if you wish to collect in person to arrange a date and time so we can get your
order ready for collection.
Delivery outside the UK:
All deliveries are dispatched by Airmail except
where buyer has paid for Airsure.
Europe deliveries typically take 7-10 working days but please allow up to 14
working days.
Rest of world deliveries typically take 10-15 working days but please allow up
to 21 working days.
Heavy items (1kg and over) can take the full 21 working days to arrive.
Australian orders please note:
Due to the nature of the items we sell and Australian import laws your order may
be delayed slightly by customs, although past orders have always arrived safely.
Ways to Pay:
- Cheques (UK£ only) please if possible
no cheques under £10 due to high bank charges.
- Postal Orders (UK£ only). Please make
Cheques and Postal Orders payable to 'Beachcomber' and see note below.
- Paypal.
- Credit/Debit Cards. This is paid
securely through Paypal. You do NOT need a Paypal Account to pay this way.
To pay by credit/debit cards: after entering your delivery details click
'Continue' in the box under the Paypal login box titled
'Don't have a
PayPal Account?'.
You will then be asked to enter your billing
and card details.
You will not be asked to register with PayPal.
Important if paying by cheque or postal order:
you still need to fully complete checkout.
After clicking 'Checkout' on the shopping basket page, enter your
delivery details and click 'Pay by Cheque/Postal Order'. If this is not
done stock levels will not be updated automatically and your items will
still be available for other people to buy until we receive payment.
We will also not receive any information of an order being placed and
the first thing we know about the order is when payment is received,
thank you.
Refunds:
We offer a 7 working day money back guarantee on all
our products if not completely satisfied. Returned items are sent at
buyers expense.
If returning goods we would ask that customers obtain a 'certificate of
posting'. |
